At AmbuFast, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel a booking. Our Booking Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for canceling both emergency and non-emergency services. By making a booking with AmbuFast, you agree to the following cancellation terms:
For emergency medical transport, once an ambulance has been dispatched, cancellations are not allowed due to the time-sensitive nature of the service. You will be charged for the service regardless of whether it is ultimately used.
No Refunds: Cancellations for emergency ambulance bookings are not eligible for refunds once the dispatch process has begun.

A 15% cancellation fee will be charged if you choose to cancel your booking after confirmation. This fee covers administrative and operational costs incurred in preparing the ambulance service for you.
