2. Location Access (Foreground & Background)

• This background tracking ensures that if you minimize the app during a medical crisis, the ambulance driver can still find your exact coordinates as they change.
• You can manage location permissions in your device settings, but disabling them will prevent the app from booking or tracking an ambulance.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Facilitate bookings and deliver requested services. To connect you with an ambulance provider and calculate ETAs.
• Improve user experience and optimize our System.
• Communicate with you regarding your account, bookings, or updates.

• To send SOS alerts and booking confirmations via phone call or Push Notifications.

Do not rely solely on this app if the situation is critical. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical advice or diagnosis.

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.
